The MSE Soniprep 150: A SANYO MSE Ultrasonic Disintegrator

The MSE Soniprep 150 is a bench mounted ultrasonic disintegrator. It features a range of titanium probes available to satisfy a wide variety of requirements. The piezoelectric transducer produces vibrations from an electrical input to a level of 93% efficiency. This compares well with magnetostrictive versions which are only 45% efficient.

The MSE Soniprep 150 uses a 23kHz generator with a feedback loop to accurately maintain excitation levels, and the amplitude meter allows reproducibility between samples.
